I was in the park this morning doing lunges, fast walking, running, more walking, stretching etc, then in the gym doing rowing, cycling, treadmill (at an incline of 10%) good thing I have a Snickers bar for later to replenish my energy.

Apologies for getting your age wrong. It would have been easy to mistake it for your shoe size tho'.

That's alright then.

Has anyone got an email address for the weather gods? I want to put in a complaint. The sky keeps going from bright blue with to bruised grey and and then back again with no warning. It's very confusing.

I think I got chatted up today. I was very busy loading the trike outside a block of flats, and a chap wandered up and started talking to me. He told me it was his Mum's birthday and she was in Spain, and some other stuff as well that I couldn't quite make out because his speech was a bit indistinct. As I moved round the trike to fill the various boxes, he followed me. If I'd speeded up, it would have looked like a Benny Hill sketch. I've got a feeling he offered me a cup of tea at one stage. I declined.

I do seem to attract nutters sometimes.

Later on I was asked for directions to the Railway Museum, when I was by Cliffords Tower. That's the secodn time I've been asked for the same directions at the same place - and both times I had to stop and think, because it's the other side of town diagonally, so it's hard to work out the best route.


It was hot work today. I need a gallon of tea now!
