I'm in That London.
I've seen sights, eaten Mexican, coped with the total closure of the Docklands Light Railway for engineering work all weekend (bus replacement service), and I have a bag of assorted buns from Chinatown to snack on.
And so far I've spotted two Broms, four or five rickshaws, and dozens of Boris Bikes. I even explained to a Greek couple how to hire one, which is impressive as I only found that out yesterday and I've never actually done it.
I'm also the proud owner of a mollusc.
Oddly, my major impression so far is... cleanliness. Buildings and stuff seem much cleaner than I remembered. Are they giving the entire city a scrub for the Olympics?
