lol! iv not been well and not been doin much cycling, but i managed a ride to wylam the other week and called at a mates intown on way home for a cupa and he was just ordering a new brompton so am goin to start riding with him a few times a week! at the min everything seems so hard,hills id fly up im having to stop and take a breath then go again grr! il get there tho! im glad tobe back.
