More plastering here tomorrow. We had the kitchen ripped out this morning, including the tiles off the walls. After the plastering tomorrow we'll wait a couple of days then put the new kitchen in. Getting the needed work done now while Mrs B has the capacity to enjoy the result and get used to the new layout. All good fun!

Morning peeps........it is still morning isn't it. Lol.

I thought I might manage just a short spin before the forecasted rain made an appearance but it came on half way round. Only 18 miles but it's better than nothing I suppose. We are now in for a pretty wet rest of day I think. Might even be forced to watch afternoon telly which I never normally do.
18 mile is more than I even thought about doing, shame on me but there is still time yet (after cycling on't telly)
It's windy here, the rain I can suffer.

Polly is getting stripped and left out in the rain for a pre-wash, I think.

That could be as early as next week.

Any good or odd locomotives?

I only saw the engines in the Welshpool engine shed, and the one awaiting restoration at the Llanfair Careinion end, there was one built in Leeds for the Sierra Leone railway, just waiting to be restored.
