I blame my age, parcel duties, the weather, an ongoing strain, the time of year etc etc..

Bike riding has certainly taken a hit recently. Unfortunately its the same every year, the weather, the short dark days and the shifts. It can start to get a bit depressing for me and I find its a long slog till hopefully some better days towards the end of March

A fair few fallen by the wayside already with illness and injuries, so glad I am at least keeping going considering my back/sciatic problems. Some days the feet are so numb I can barely feel the ground. Just hoping I’m not doing more damage.

There’s a good, friendly and supportive group on Faceache. Good to hear how others are coping.

I suppose for all my moaning at least I am fairly healthy thank god

hopefully get some run outs before the end of the year..
down a few miles on last year but various factors this year

Still happy though..
