I have no idea whatsoever. It seems to depend in the whim of the person opening the application email: some places were I just apply to see what happens came back positive, others where my training fits the description perfectly turn me down flat: I can't call it any more.

These applications are both to the same place, as they managed to have two contact names and addresses.
