I did a total wipe of one computer and reinstalled what was supposed to be a fresh install of Windows, then found some files lurking .
Anyhow, I installed main software and still cannot get them to communicate with each other, been through everything.
It says I have conflicting port numbers but in settings, I haven't..
I think I will walk away for the rest of the day....

Any port in a storm though.

Program flagged up wrong port and that is what threw everything about so email off to group who do the good work (for free)..
flip-flopped ports and it worked..
I hate SQL..
