I think that, along with stone cutters and hedge trimmers have got to be the most annoying noises!
Guess what, they're repairing 3 alongs drive nearby using a cutter ^_^
Living with a building site at your back makes for a noisy 8 am alarm if you need one..
Better get chain oiled, once I persuade myself to move....

Forgot to add, I like hedge cutters as they saved me lots of not using shears when I was gainfully employed, chainsaws also meant less work^_^

Morning all:hello:

Owdo

On yer bike, and leave the jackhammer be.
Morning. Thick mist through here. Same over your way. It is slowly lifting but taking it's time.
Bit of a mist earlier on this morning, but t'was gone before five.

I'm assuming it's gone from round your neck o'woods by now, and you're ready for a warm day doing nothing.

Morning??

Nothing like that on the west coast. Dry and windy and almost sunny.
Apparently not on the outer isles,
I've family on the ferry back to Skye as I write:laugh:
but a lovely sunny day down in the central belt..
Still overcast. I can't get a look at the Scone Aerodrome webcam to see what it's like further east as it's down at the moment. My back is sore anyway so might just grab an hour or so this afternoon if it eventually brightens up.
I see you got out....
the humidity was high and one mile in, I had to peel off a mid layer and it was still horrible..
mind you not a good day for heading high:wacko:

Currently testing the theory that "drinking hot tea helps you cool down" to destruction.

Self inflicted in both cases then.

Along the bank of the canal, and it'll have been that

though.

Tailwind on any part?

Not really, in my face along the high parts which that humidity was most welcome, it wasn't that bad tbh...once I dropped down it never came into play...I did use a short section of the canal bank near the end..
So busy with bikes and walkers....
I've been avoiding the canal banks 99% of the time taking parallel roads..
The built up areas are littered with good paths though..
Anyway..
time for lashings of ginger beer:wacko:
