When mine wanted something to eat they sought you out and then kept doing figures of eight through and around your legs until you pointed yourself in the direction of the kitchen. They then led you to the cupboard where the grub was kept, just in case you had forgotten!
Knowing the crafty(when it comes to food) little beggars they'd dream something up to keep the treats going!

They had a key to the cat flap(magnetic), but not the kitchen cupboard. The door was big/heavy, otherwise they would have opened it easily enough!
