Bread made, now cooling..
Bike checked and washed..
Lunch is cooking..
that's enough 'till Beag appears..

You're not there now though. Does that make it uninteresting!
We've moved on a bit, work wise, since the Romans were here.

Plenty of old mines round these parts as well. Some open, some as we know mines. Not all coal mines either.

Nearest remaining "shipyard" is a few miles away. More a boat yard than ship yard. Made boats for the local canal network.

I’m scared of water! Lol. I’m a very poor swimmer and can’t cope with being out of my depth. Maybe if I knew the buoyancy vests definitely keep you afloat I would give it a go.

Thing is if you learn something not well known, or dubious, folk tend not to want to know.

They say they can be cold, hard to heat, in winter. And awkward if you happen to be "too tall".
You'd have thought newer builds would have taken this into account by now.

I'm sure a bed could be attached, or it attached to a bed.

Be careful round motorhomes, there could be a chief executive in an Audi nearby.
They built them to carry hefty loads, not in great comfort, but hefty loads non the less.

Falling out can't be as hard as picking yourself up off the floor though. Your fighting gravity, not having it help you.
Hire one for a boating holiday. I realise it's not the high seas, but you'd be afloat. Master of your own destiny, be able to keelhaul anyone who disagreed with you. Have them swabbing the deck, while you watch on, chocolate digestive in one hand cuppa in the other.
Or they may just mutiny, have you walking the plank.
