afterrnoon from Costa del windynook,couldn't sleep this morning so had a ride down the quayside market and along to cycle hub but they were not open so rode to the pedestrian tunnel witch is also closed to get the busThe river to jarrow and rode up home using the monkon waggonway

Was absolutely wrecked after work last night, and the birds wail so LOUD around these parts that i only got 4 hours sleep before being woken up by them. either i close my windows and my room becomes an oven given how hot it is or i try to sleep through it. I managed to get two more hours kip. Woke up and decided if i should start getting ready for the CC SLR, The soul was willing but the flesh was so weak and i was still so tired so i forfeited and carried on napping till 10ish.
Now for the ad hoc duties completed whilst sipping a cuppa Going to fit these new SPD-SL pedals on my Cube later and have a little spin around the block with them just to make sure the cleats are properly positioned.

I wasnt able to find out, the guy who worked on the bike when I dropped it off didnt leave a note with the bike or pinned to the notice board. However I did point out a few things like stem/handlebar mounting was 'uneven' - I dont know how to put it...(Im still learning) Brakes feel a tad better though. way better then the brakes on my Triban which are rebranded Tektro R539 i think, With that said im still running the same pads that the bike originally came with. I have two sets of kool stop pads just sitting here so i might swap them around too.
Braking on the ultegra is so good!
