Wondering if I should tell the three workmen where the gas main actually is.

They spent all of last week going through two concrete slabs, when they could have just moved them with less effort. But the new "smart meter" in it's new box does come close to the colour of the surrounding brickwork. Not just plain old white.

Should I tell them that's it's(the gas main) is six foot from the wall, two foot deep, and on the other side of house to where they've spent the last week working?

And ruin you spectating? Nah.. they know what they're doing!
Hopefully they won't plumb your gas fire into the water pipes though

They may well know where the pipes are but are content to dig where they've been told to dig just so that they can see the face on the boss when the error is discovered!

I have been taking a sabatical from here 'n' there while I deal with a wwww related issue (a grievance that is quite big & requiring lot's of dedication).

I accidently posted about it on Mo's FB timeline *just saw Mo & thought it was another page*, kindly she deleted it quick smart & though I had a bit of an egg on face moment, I don't think it caused any collateral damage.

It has been much of an amazement & quite despicable that, even though I work for a supposedly professional organisation & I am a local government employee, the depths that some within will go to.

So, I have been avoiding bringing my current downbeat demeanor to the friendly groups I chat with.

Today I have been to the Doc's, been off wwww one week already (post incident) & for the 1st time in my tender 19 yrs <cough> have been prescribed happy pills, or the 1st time I have accepted the prescription to be more accurate.

Anyway, just wanted to state the reasons for my disappearance in case anyone thought I had just given up the forum.
