Yep. Was a frosty early walk. Out at the crack of dawn and twice round the trail so probably about 6.5 miles.

Checked my blood pressure yesterday and got a real fright. It's really high, as in probably needing medication high, so the weight loss and healthier eating will have to begin in earnest. If I don't see an improvement within a month I think I better go to the docs. Persistent high blood pressure can cause heart attacks or strokes.

Hope that clears up Mo:hugs:...HMRC just raised mine by claiming I underpaid income tax to the tune of £1400 in 2015-2016:evil::angry::cursing::banghead::excl::banghead:. Don't think I'll be adding them to my Christmas card list!:gun:

Hope it sorts yourself out. Don't let one reading get you worried either.

Trainee nurse, doing it the old fashioned way couldn't get a reading. Then we realised the collar wasn't connected fully.
