I hadn't intended returning back the same route..
a deviation off it is fine. New roads and tracks so not that bad..
Day off tomorrow so parcel duty,
hopefully an early delivery but this mob are usually well into the afternoon, hey ho.
Some garden stuff to take care of, sunflowers are done, sweet peas are still producing so leave them until they flower no more,
I'm going to move the mini greenhouse (Aldi's name not mine:laugh:), more a vertical cold frame, inside the garage to dry out then give it a coat of something, so need to see what is best.
Painting isn't my thing:laugh:
Anyhoo..
:cuppa:
Was it worth it though.
Feet up as you wait for the delivery, then out on yer bike.

How small is this small greenhouse, don't want you doing yourself a mischief moving it.

Cake with that cuppa!

It's been so difficult finding petrol stations that have fuel.
After hours searching, I finally found a place next to the unleaded pump on the East Lancs Road in Liverpool.
It's stupid, I know, but it made me very emotional.

Couldn't help filling up.

There's a few places out on the dockside that have petrol and diesel.

There was a page on Facebook listing where you could get fuel. However...

My children were very excited when I told them that our next step to going off grid was honey making.

We found a very friendly local guy to supply us. Initially I was only looking to buy ten honey bees, just to get us going. When we were about to pay, my son noticed we had eleven bees. "That's ok," said our guy.

"One's a freebie."

No queen.
Will eleven give you enough honey for your money?

It's a toaty wee thing not an actual step-in one...enough to fit 9 average seed trays,
vertical cold frame but does the job..
Delivery been but waiting on something else now..
Other stuff being done...

You get lost inside?

That doesn't look like the spelling of Greenock. It starts with what appears to be an "F", for starter's. Not enough letters either.
Nah, found out they are stopping selling AAA and AA batteries, only rechargeables..
Got a brekkie though:ohmy:

Yeah, those maps are as accurate as the OS of the time
wonder how they did that:whistle:

New WX station up and running,
must be lucky as no rain yet:laugh:

IKEA stopping the sale of AAA & AA batteries or the sale overall. What about AAAA batteries?

They either had someone over here giving them the information, or they bought a set of OS maps, breached copyright, and printed them in Russian.

Wait, those will come back to haunt you!

I just looked at a couple of areas on the map I knew well and yep, accurate as hell.
More likely bought the info...
