Honest ocifer I need all the help I can get . Riding 30 odd miles on your own and maintaining a good, for me, pace would be . At least we may be able to pull each along ( sniggering at the back).

An update for the insanity of the chaingang session tonight . My plan is to wait 15 seconds after the start before I get going . The reason is that it will be very difficult to work out who is who and who is trying to join onto the slow poke chaingang . If the riders wanting to join the slow chaingang also wait we should be able to get organised earlier and in theory make up the lost time over the next 90 minutes .

Well that's my plan .

That is assuming I can hold the planned speed .

That's a valuable 15 seconds we're going to be giving up there! My record on this ride is 1 hour 47 mins, and I'd quite like to beat that tonight Really hope we slowies can get some drafting going, could be fun
