I am pooped and Bill and AAAC are straight into the velodrome race with bridgy and LB. They are all going greta guns especially LB. Strangely Hellboy76's figures are locked out.

Great time there Bob, were you able to draft with Bill and AAAC? I found that course particularly brutal.

I enjoyed that!
Deleted the ride of course.
It is a bit suspect when the winner wins by so much and 'stands up' for the whole ride.

It's very suspect when I finish the ride of at over 60kph for laps and laps.

'Oops it did it again' my power cable came out.

I was supposed to be hanging back for any team riders to give them a tow to the next man, didn't work too well as everyone was going so blimming fast.

I've sussed it though. It is how I have the cable routed and it can pull if the the trainer moves on floor, like when you are sprinting!

Couldn't be bothered to get off and plug it back in but it was fun to hurt Bill a bit as he tried to hold my wheel.

You did really well Bill having done the chaingang just before.

Bill and I were only a few seconds of my Friday time and we spent half the session going backwards!
Good going Bill, I thought you were going to get me on the line.
Bob - What weight are you riding at, 'go down hil quick and uphill slow weight'?

Yeah well done Bill - don't know how you did that in the velodrome having just done the chaingang stage :notworthy:

Thanks to you both for coming back for me a few times when I slipped off the pace. I tried to repay by taking stints on the front but at 50kmh plus it took its toll. Not a great route on a compact either,..
My weight is set at 78.5 now because while on holiday I put on all the weight I lost beforehand. And yes, those up hills however short sure seemed to slow me!
Great riding you two and as I say, thanks for to tow. Would love to stayed with you till the end.

This was not at all like the Chaingang velodrome session. Of course the watts are still too high but it felt more like normal Bkool high watts. I was also getting very little or no drafting. In the Chaingang velodrome, it was almost like a slingshot when I passed someone.
How about you gues, did you get any draft?

681w and 40 odd mph lap after lap after lap at the end did look a bit strange :giggle:. @BILL S I was impressed with the chase at the end though it looked hurtful :surrender:

Yes, I was not sure if Pinilla would get any draft from me so I didn't join that chase. Knowing that I already had second place secured, I just stayed at Pinillas tail.
