I was watching Bob, you needed 400Watts to his 300 Watts to get equal speed on the flats. On 1.5% inclines he kept 30mph at 350 Watts. Only time he slowed noticeably was when he hit the last big hill at 4% and speed dropped to 20mph. Very high cadence 100+ virtually all the way up to 145rpm on descents. His heart rate steadily climbed towards 175 near the end off the session. Very fit or something wrong with his setupwho is that caped bkooler![]()
