A rider called Scott was running a league session, but I managed to start a separate one so be careful. Camlo should be sat on the line!

It took me just under a minute to get the new session going, so start time will be almost 8:01 pm, plus your Start Time.

Use the Elapsed Time to judge when to enter.

Password is the usual chase.

Be careful which session you enter, the one with the most riders and the elapsed time close to the number of minutes after 8pm should be the right one.

Well that didn't turn out how i wanted legs went bang after 7 minutes, reason is I broke my rule of not sprinting off at the start coupled with 2 intervel sessions this morning.
Legs felt fine during the warm up and felt good all day bit angry with myself .

So tomorrow I shall be doing a rerun of a goat ride to cheer my self up
