i could only see the nasty big boys in blue chasing me - takes me back to my youth ^_^ it was nice when they screamed past instead of saying your nicked sonny
for some silly reason i thought if only i could keep up till the last hill i would be able hold my ground - what a silly billy
And I thought if we reached the last hill together you would take me so I went all out to create some distance. If you had come back at me I would have struggled.

Can I say though I hate these downhill rides where it is almost impossible for me to hit 60- 65kmh on -4 -5% at 330w plus. It isn't fair!

But they are good for drafting, which is why they are ideal for the Team Time Trials!

Sorry @bobinski, it was a little unfair to give you Bill's previous time, now you've set a time of your own he and Bridgy will have to try to catch you next time!

Hard to follow the Handicap with so many no league riders mixed in!

Thanks Geoff - Next time I'll wait on the start line until my start time comes around.

Today I was watching the session on the Live tab, and attempted to join when my start time came around and it took ages to load the ride. I was just about to give up when the screen came up - haven't a clue when I actually started the ride, time-wise.

Never really felt bad, just not right.
I think my HR was limited by my effort which was limited by my lungs.
I've been coughing up a bit of flem for a couple of weeks now so I may have a slight chest infection, which is something I can never remember having before.
As I was sitting on my bike I was able to monitor my HR and it was doing nowt silly.
If I sat up and stretched I felt more comfortable so it probably is just the chest.
That all said I was only 2.5 minutes off of Bridgy and I backed of from km 4.2 to 6.1 (first climb) and near the end at 17.9 to 18.9.

I was going to just that and then Ge off could take the time from the in motion data (I hope). That said what does the time matter when it is a simple race for the line!

I think it may be best to have a password, then get everyone to join in plenty of time before their Start Time but to sit on the line, and start pedalling exactly when the start time is reached. Then I can just look up their actual moving time, which is what I have ended up doing anyway!

All the elapsed times - even in the Live section are running at double speed for me, making it impossible to watch the time on the ride and join at the right time

I'm having IT problems everywhere cyclechat crashing and Bkool unpairing my Kickr. Saved me right going to the dark side. Very slow internet making Simulator grind to a halt in transistions. I pottered along the flats downhill sections and tried to gun it up the hills. Ave power ok but Bkool robbing Kickr of speed
