I 'm using a laptop and putting the password in and pressing "enter" is working fine for me - sorry that's not much use other than maybe narrowing down the problem...

Have you tried removing the program and reinstalling it? Also, I have found using Windows 10 and a separate screen that when the hdmi is inserted into the laptop after I have started the bkool program, and then maximised on the separate screen it will not let me actively click on anything. It may therefore be a windows issue...

I always use it for the mountain rides too. Quality is good enough but I dare say it's a lot smoother at a slower pace. Which rides have you tried bob? D'huez is pretty good quality for me and like you say, it can make it a bit more enjoyable / interesting.

For some good video rides try any done by our own Geoff and Paulf. They both did a bunch of really good rides that are very well done. Dipford loop is one.

Enter incorrect password and press enter and I get the red fail screen but the password box and avatar remain on the screen so I can correct it.
Your avatar looks black and white on your picture. Is it supposed to be black and white, if not, I would uninstall and reload from the BKool website.
Get rid of any saved passwords for BSim in your browser as well.
In Google got to Settings>Advanced Settings>Passwords and Forms>Manage Passwords

What is your crurrent trainer FW version?

I updated the firmware with 3.10 and now it works fine!
I can connect the Bkool pro with my Ipad 4 via BLE and do not need the Ant + antenne.

Hi,
Just got my bike back on the turbo and will be taking part again soon, so long as everything works.I'm still struggling with a slow internet connection which is usually a bit better earlier in the evening. So my vote would be for an earlier start for the handicap. Also I often cant resist eating before an 8 pm start, and that's usually a very bad idea!

Although I have sort of dropped out of the Handicap League for a while I think I should vote on this.

Prefer 7 pm (but can do 8 pm)

As one of the slow, in the various leagues, I can struggle on some of the longer stages to finish and be off the bike by 9pm.

Excellent! How are you finding the app? I have only recently used to spectate and it would often collapse.

Are any of you guys able to help me , I can't for some reason seem to acces the sim via my laptop , it's not a connection issue as I've hard wired it to test , I get to the page below & put my password in but there doesn't seem to be anything to click to take me any further , pressing enter on the keyboard doesn't do anything , doing my head in now it is , any advice before it all go's over next door ?

Always worth trying clicking the cross above your Avatar and logging in again from scratch using the New User (and remember password option).
