back in the land of the living just tho stomach feels like it has been tenderised with a lump hammer . still wobbly on me pins so wont embarrass myself on me bike just yet -question to the people who know - is it worth changing my weight from the svelte 64kg to the new skeletal 62kg or should just wait and hope it comes back on ? my belt is more holes than belt now
No adult man is that light! At least not me, I was in my teens when my scales last saw that number!!

Probably worth leaving the weight for now as it could be mostly water loss and you'll add this back on. Unless you really are looking to stay that weight?

Still no ride showing in my activity history for me from last night - I see Bob's has saved but is everyone else in the same situation as me?

I would be interested in doing it again on the Pro trainer, sure I was much faster than last night, despite me trying to power up the hills

are you able to stand up on the kickr without any drawbacks ? if i stand up the back wheel slips even when i have a bkool block and a brick under front wheel - i do like the sound of directdrive - is there any other pluses or negatives ?
