Hi Bill.

I've done a mile on the league run to record a time.

If you could do your stuff with it please? I may try best it in the New Year...

Cheers Bill

Hi Jim.

It's not showing up in rides to be approved so looks like you haven't done your dummy ride from the leagues tab. Unfortunately there's nothing I can do with it unless it's a league ride so I'll need to ask you to do it again. 10 seconds would be fine.

Eh by gum Jim what be the up to.
Thou needs thy act in gear!

Edit, says a late middle aged man who is loosing sleep because he thinks he is developing IBS so he it downing some red wine so he can get to sleep.
I realise now one of the other functions cycling serves. It massages the gut due to the leg an associated pelvic movement, although we aim to limit that, thus promoting proper bowl movements.
A bit like taking the dog for a walk.
All this wine, fine food and no cycling is doing me in.

Thanks Bill for the email. Quite chuffed I was only 7 secs behind you which for me, a hilly course. Another CC team mate high up the winter cup

That was bloody hard Andy. I really had to bust my hump to beat you as you closed on me really quick at one point and then I got a nice little draft from you up to the last hill where I managed to eek out a slight lead on you. I challenged you so got all the same ghosts and as you said earlier, they all just cleared off at the start. I got a better start than you but not much better. Those guys were destroying me on anywhere but the flats and slight gradients where you and me seemed to be able to catch them. Some also seemed to be sling shotting past me like crazy up those hills.

Hi Bob I had planned to use kickr  I will drop out of league rides except the winter cup(pro) I am going into build phase with trainer-road. Coupled with a long ride and winter cup I will have plenty of miles to get through each week. It's over 2 years since I've ridden over 50 miles in one session, so will be a test for me initially

Bran flakes :okay:

Pelvic action has never affected my ibs... although HID does her best to limit that...bran and ale has on the other hand.

I don't f'ing know.
Most the day, if I am sitting down, yes I do.
Keep on the move or keep one's mind occupied and I'm fine
My best place is kicking out Watts on a live ride where I can forget about shyte and get on with 'the business'
Water is absorbed through the small intestine due to dehydration (from excercise) reduces my ibs symptoms. Give me a strong coffee and I'm pebble dashing within 10 minutes....
