Cracking ride everyone, Dead stops varied, with AAAC applying power, Bridgy freewheeling, both having some advantages, it usually evened out at the top, just. Great Ride Tommy, DP good battle there. AAAC mighty impressive climbing power:notworthy:
Good stuff everyone. Really don't want to do that again... battle with TT helped push me on to a faster time than otherwise would have got so thanks TT, good battle nearly to the end.

Really happy with that - beat the dodgy time from Thursday so my conscience is clear again!

Sorry we couldn't work together more AAAC - virtually impossible on that course due to the difference in our speeds up and down the hills - and great ride by the way! Even if I wasn't drafting you, I was chasing you at the end and it pushed me to a better time. Having said that my legs were like jelly on that last hill :heat:

Likewise Daddy P :okay:, we seemed to cross swords at a good time. It was reassuring watching someone else suffer with me on the transitions. It was like getting hit round the face with a frying pan.... four times in a row! I tried everything to avoid the dead stop but no success.

Thank you very much Bill and you road writers

Not at all Randy. When I realised I was lacking the energy to beat my Thursday time I looked for the closest Cyclechatter to ride with, and that was you.

Yeah, those transitions were real nasty beasts. I managed to hold back a bit for the last lap which may have made a difference. You certainly flew past me on the slopes of the first hill each time!

It was the middle transition that killed me, did you maintain some speed going into the incline on the last lap? I just couldn't suss it and am open to suggestions. I free wheeled Then pulled the brakes going down hill. I got the 'do you want to quit?' screen but still got the dead stop as I hit the incline.
