I was pretty much maxed out the whole time and couldn't do my share at the front. Thanks for always coming back to get me. It made my first proper ride back a really great one.

i think he tried to let us go a couple of times but we kept going back to get him
my initial lead out for his sprint was a bit too strong but then he blasted by me and bridgy on the line to take yellow and green
there were no polka-dot points today and i dont think he will get the white jersey
