There's such a thing as a "bob type" excuse? I wonder why...

Nowdays just saying "I'm doing a Bob" will suffice.
Or, alternatively:
"That's no Bob"

well the summer cup finished and bkool haven't updated the stages they really r going down fast they just don't care

It appears to have updated again and, ironically, the first two places are held by two guys who did just one session.
Of the 'real' results Pep won again.
Jacob was second and Alberto third.
I have excluded the Elite guys and Esaro for good reason (over 1000 of them in all cases!)
Exluding the excluded we have 5 riders in the top 21.
Me
Bridgy
Bill

and, drum roll..............
Whorty!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't know if we are allowed to count Brusgaard but if we can we should be able to claim Jacob as an honery member as well and that would make 7/21 or 1/3 of the top 21.
We have a few more on page 2 so well done everyone who did all 12 and you all deserve to be sent to Mongolia.

I'll let you off this time TB but if I find out this is a `Bob type` excuse I'll have to add at least 10 seconds to your next league ride.
Ok so they did their sessions on the seafront. I was sent a few pics, although they don't show much.

I don't know what the targets were or how many people did the session. But it seems like they had the weather for it.

That's a weird one - the guys at the top of the league with just 1 ride! There's loads of people towards the bottom of the league with just one ride, so very odd that the system didn't work just for those two individuals! Wasn't Esaro's problem really LOW watts rather than too high? He beat Pep into third on Stage 5 with just 11.49 watts average apparently!!

What a mess as usual. I'd even say there's a question mark over Pep's result bearing in mind those mysterious flatlining speed and power lines in several rides. He's undoubtedly a very fit/strong guy who may have won overall fair and square anyway, but to be fair, Jacob's probably the first rider in the results with rides without either blatant or more subtle question marks over them.

I was having my own little battle with GoiLRT and ARAS, and ended up beating GoiLRT by just over 7 seconds after nearly 7 hours of racing!

Flatlining is what my heart wants to do. Just riden cgs 1,2,3 & 4 in a row and just about to go into my death throws... got off (fell off) the bike, blurred vision, hr in the 180's and not even yearning for a beer... it's all wrong wrong wrong...
My god, Daddy P. That does sound serious . Perhaps it's time for some late 19th century training tips:

"Have a good enema. Try to lay off the beer and stick to Champagne instead"

True words from an old cycling training book my brother owns - really funny stuff in that book  .
