Out of interest, has anyone tried the real weather conditions on bkool? I stuck it on once and thought it was definitely harder.

Uses more RAM for certain and can therefore just be enough to make a league ride crash.
It may also enforce the local wind conditions.
Check it out next time we you use it.
It also makes your bike heavier at night as it gives you lights.

Talking about @BILL S .
Remember that cute little trike he bought HID.
Well it turns out it was second hand. (Should have guessed that).

DP given the age profile of this group you have come to the right place to talk about a painful damaged back. I had 2 prolapsed discs over an 18 month period. Agony. Industrial strength pain killers, and was going to have an operation to remove a disc etc. Too risky so had a pretty intensive series of treatments including physio and manipulation of the damaged area with staff at the Crystal Palace sports injury clinic. On some occasions that involved stretching rack work or up to 3 people pulling and stretching me and manipulating my spine. Feck that hurt. Key to it working, for me, was moving from pain killers to acupuncture to manage the pain. It worked. Why the long story? Well, I waited to get proper treatment and was roundly criticised for it. I know that is what professionals do but the point being made was that taking pain killers was not enough. They would probably say don’t rely on the internet either:biggrin:
The thing is you need to know soon asap what disc may be pressing on the nerve and that isn’t not always obvious to the patient because the inflammation spreads some distance and is affected by the pressure you then place on on their parts of the spine. Also, the other pain, leg etc. can mask your understanding of where the acute pain is. So, get yourself to a physio. In meantime keep mobile. One of the best exercises and it may be on the video link above is you lie down on back knees slightly up, feet on ground. Let knees drop slowly to floor. Rest-draw breath. Now, ever so slowly and gently shuffle your hips whilst gently stretching your legs so that the effect is to elongate your lower body from the hips. This should have the effect of increasing space between the spinal vertebrae around the affected disc. I used to have a pain killer an hour or so before doing this just to relieve localised inflammation though now I would probably use an ibuprofen gel. Once comfortably stretched out I would just lie there until boredom set in.
I was advised to gently roll over when then getting up, onto knees and taking hold of something to allow the arms to take the strain. Never sit down immediately afterwards. Keep mobile,
Hope this helps AND see a specialist sports physio ideally someone who will understand you suddenly spent so much time on the turbo and likely linked.

Good luck!
I have seen the doc and it has beem classed as sciatica so will now get physio and possible referral for mri etc. There may have been too much wear and tear due to my accident 20 years ago so they need to check me out properly. Funny what you said about the floor excercise as I did something similar for 15 years post injury. Stretching and rotating the hip until the lumbar made a crack and it then felt better!

Still using my old core i3 cpu with build in graphics for Win 10 pro 64bit. I never had any problems before using Win 7 32bit, but since the change to Win 10, I've experienced hiccups in BSim.
I found out that turning off real time protection in Windows Defender makes the hiccups go away, both in 3D an video.
