Hi, did anybody know if you have to pay for premium for the trainer or by person (profile). I am the sole user of mine, but a friend is thinking of buying one to use the himself and his two sons. Would they have to buy three premium memberships, or just one and switch profiles?

I believe its per profile to use 3d, vids and leagues. I guess they could just ride it under their old man's membership though. Bigring vr is currently free and vids are great quality.

Sorry that was probably me. Did a few warm up laps in the velodrome and must have overloaded the system .

I can’t sign in to bkool “ used disconnected from server
Web server error ( unauthorised).
I’ve had enough with them been in Zwift for 40 mins no problems.
Tonight I’m ordering an elite direto and bkool can do one!

Are you in that unenviable position of being stood there all togged up, freezing to death but can’t get it to work? That’s just the worst.. it’s like finding a puncture on your way out..

Only a matter of time to maintain their market position. Market forces will determine whether they make the right decision.

Anyone know whether the bkool server is now working? I finished Ryland Hill, and it said that the ride would be uploaded when I next logged on.
Now I'm getting the message that not all sessions have been uploaded. I hope that it is not lost...

Just logged in to see what all the peche is about.
Had no trouble logging into rides accept in the Velodrome where there are a lot of hour records running and you can't but in after they have started.
I did notice a ghost doing some fancy tricks in the drome though using all wheel steer and doing some fancy pirouettes.
The Velodrome has only got worse from the outset and the map views in both the Velodrome and 3D are almost useless having once being a good way of riding and being able to see where everyone was and who was coming and going.
Why stop there, it's pretty much all got no better.
Let's have a round of Pros and Cons as to what has changed since your first venture.
