Should the Bkool simulator not pair an android tablet running the built in Ant capabilities of Android? Do you always need the USB dongle for some reason?

Yes it will work on the inbuilt Ant+ capabilities of an Android phone or tablet, where they have it. I've used a Samsung phone and note tablet to run bsim and control the trainer. A dongle is not needed in those situations.

I've tried pairing the Samsung Tab A 9.7" in the Bkool Simulator, but it just wont find the smart pro 2 trainer. :/

Odd , though maybe not suprising . I have an old 2014 bkool classic that worked. They may have broken the link so I'll have to give it another go to test it.

I have just done week 1 's ride, to complete this month's rides, even though I only jpoined the league midmonth, but it isn't showing as a league ride, I think i challenged somebody, especially as I has Brusgaard a minute ahead of me most of the way till he pulled away in the last flat km. Is there anyway for it to be included in the league ? Does somebody have to approve it, or god forbid do I have to do it again!

An android with ANT+, cool.
You might have more success with BT unless your using that for something else.

Could just be the case that Bkool hasn't updated the league yet. On the website, when you go into "My Activity" does the ride show with a little cup icon next to it? If so hover over the icon and it should say that it's a league ride. If no cup icon then it would suggest you did the ride but not as a league ride and it won't show/count in the league!
