I coasted on the downhill in the blue numbers. It penalizes me for being lazy when it should reward me for being fat.

Far less snot than I'd feared and I started quite well and got sucked in to thinking I'd be ok. Which I was for about the first 4 or 5 kms.
But then I paid for it big time. Legs were like lead for the second half of the ride.
Still, at least I'm back on the bike after a week of illness!
Onwards, etc, etc......
Oh ....... and thanks to @Whorty for the encouragement on the last climb. I think I needed that!!

I tired to paint you encouragement, once you dropped your ghost I thought you might just do enough to catch me, great try.Well that was knackeringand I could only beat my ghost by about 15 seconds even with all that help from AAAC early on and my ghost later. Looks like you're in a fairly safe 3rd place @keithaitch. I could imagine your pretend ghost 10 seconds or so up the road but I just couldn't catch it.
For anyone wondering, the only ghosts available for selection were Whorty, Brusgaard & myself.
That is the problem with these virtual riding sessions. Fine if you're on your own to do a pootle, but as soon as someone else is there, and they try to over take you, it becomes WARGood ride @Randyberlin @Del C - I wasn’t even meant to be there. I’d done 25 miles earlier and popped into the drome to cool down and @AAAC 76C is in there spinnin round... anyways, I put 2 and 2 together and got 5pm on Saturday... CG rerun.. so I had a look in during warm up and thought bugger that and left... then foolishly, I went back in.
I’ll spin along with @Randyberlin - a nice steady workout... non of it.. @Randyberlin wanted to play...
Tired now Boss, dog tired... bad Randy....

Not from where I was sitting! In fact I was thinking how rude it would be to try and out-sprint you after sitting on your wheel for so much of the stage!
