I think that's the plan Bill. Last year they password protected the rides for competitors only in case large numbers of spectators crashed it! I expect they will do the same this year so the livestream on the website will probably be the only way to watch liveWill we be able watch it from the live stream thingy?
I think they're desperately trying to put a team together of people that don't mind riding in the middle of the night - I can put a good word in for you if you likeI see the USA has a spot. I'll just sit by the phone waiting for Mr. Doe to call.
Sorry if this scares you.
GB team is now up on the Nations Cup website http://bkoolnationscup.com/
That Danish team looks mighty strong!
And UK has a load of oap's by comparison!Denmark is full of elite level
Germans all look to be younger than Tommy
Spain are just sending Pep
Should be good day out![]()
I prefer to think of last year as coming "third", or in "the bronze medal position" rather than last!Yeah they do Paul, but we have a secret weapon....
The ability to make coming last feel like a victory!!!![]()

Lantern Rouge, perhaps ??We should be good to get the White Jersey, or is that a white flag?
You and @BILL S will be missedAnd UK has a load of oap's by comparison!
Very envious of you guys taking part... It's a great laugh and hopefully the hilly stage is not too bad!
I'm 4 hours behind Craig both in time zones and overall standings in the American League. There are some really fast riders. But I'll be rooting for the Cyclechat team.I think they're desperately trying to put a team together of people that don't mind riding in the middle of the night - I can put a good word in for you if you like![]()
Well, we are more "Team Cyclechat" than team GB really aren't we? Picked from the 20 or so plucky mamils of the good old chaingang league!I'm 4 hours behind Craig both in time zones and overall standings in the American League. There are some really fast riders. But I'll be rooting for the Cyclechat team.
Edit. Please don't tell anyone.
