I won't be there tonight. I'm out riding now and we are cutting the route short because I feel so whimpy, thank God for my stoker who is kicking in even more than usual. I think I over did it yesterday, 3 hard sessions and then only got 4 hours sleep! If I want to ride tomorrow I need to be lying on the sofa watching the sassanachs thumping the Jimmies at 18:00 this evening.
I'll mention it to my contacts who I need to week, contact, and at least we might find out if they are planning to do anything about it.

We're generally around the same pace so I expect 38mins something. Although I did feel like throwing up 🤢 for several hours after the Thursday race so maybe I pushed too hard fending off my illustrious leader.
Of course as you're on the 'other-side' now I hope 41mins is right

Bit slow reporting in, it was warm down, shower and then Taxi duties for me taking my wife to a works reunion.
I was regretting not saving my loan ride on Tuesday on account of opening a second bottle of Merlot at midnight in remeberence of a lost friend.
Anyway the name of the game was to stay safe and try and pull a team member to a better time. @Brusgaard is probably regretting me choosing him because our trainers react so differently to power and slope transitions and then there is the downhill draft overshoot making teaming very difficult.
And then, when the heavier man passes you and you spin up like mad with no reaction and then bang you overshoot your mark.
We managed to get some drafting going on the smoother parts of the course but in general I don't rate the drafting.
But the avitars look good.
Who gives a FF about how God the avitars look!

I get stuck on the line for what seems ages and then I slowly build up speed until I am going like a train and the correct resistance and power does not settle for about 30 seconds.
