Great, you can connect your watch and then Garmin Connect will track FTP (possibly less generous than Bkool if it's working like mine). If Garmin Connect is synced with Strava you will start to get two entries in Strava though, I just delete the Garmin one as otherwise it gets added into the total amount of work done and doubles up the 'fitness' score but it does allow you to spot differences in the data if you want to spend more time staring at numbers . Also Connect can show you things like left-right balance across the pedals if the Neo publishes stuff like that although for me it's just reminding me my right leg is 1-2% lazier than the left.
Thanks great help
I did wonder about doing that so I think I will give it a go. I rekon I have the same issue with lazy leg syndrome.

The chaingang handicap league is up and running and the first session is tonight at 18:00 UK time. If anybody else wants to join we'd love to see you there. Let me know and I'll assign you a handicap.

If I did the route from the handicap for example tomorrow would my time be able to be added to the sheet. Feel like I'm missing out on all the fun.

You are missing out, it's soooooo much fun as my legs keep reminding me.
After today that's it for me for a couple of months.dont know how I'm going to fit all the cycling in that I want to do. Leagues, handicap, real world road biking and some off roading round my local trails.😁
Plus my wife has reminded me that I've the bathroom to sort out and painting the doors☹️
