Any idea what I have done wrong here - cancelled subs with one email , rejoined bkool with right email , paid subs all rides showing in strava - but no rides showing in bkool ? , everything works fine but nothing shows in the mybkool page since start of dec ??
Any help much appreciated

Same thing happened to me a couple of years ago - I registered my new email account and lost all my previous ride history. I did query with them at the time and they told me that users accounts are linked to your email address, and not to a unique account number when you first sign up - which is strange.

I think you may still see your previous rides in the Rankings history under your Bkool name, but not in your own personal history.

That's how I remember it, but I'm getting on a bit so it may be worth you raising a support request with them.

Just to add - there are 2 Goldwolfies in the system as I managed to keep my Bkool name. I can't remember if I had to rejoin the Groups again, so may be worth checking that out.

The old Goldwolfie in comes in handy, jumping on the crossbar for the downhill races 😁

cheers , i lost all the other rides i have done as i was expecting but i deleted account and started up again with different email on dec 1 but none of the rides i have done since are showing
it says i am not connected to strava even though strava shows the rides
in profile it shows me as elite 10 but while ridinig i have a green hat on
its like i am riding as one person ( green hat ) and seeing his data on strava
but seeing blue hats activity in bkool - none
just deleted everything and reloaded , cancelled permission in strava and redone ( even though it is still greyed out in bkool it is showing connected in strava
i dont know how i have mullered this up - bloody computers
will try later to see if anything shows anywhere

Sorted problem out - uninstalled , deleted one account and did a little test
- got all the tokens in the shop that I had years ago so went shopping for shirts - and got a nice blue hat 😁 wonder how long I will keep that 😂 got it on a bkool bonus day

I haven’t done it on purpose honest and will try to add friends
Sorry couldn’t join tonight , I ate too much
Went on later just to see if I had sorted things , still don’t know if I am still in the leagues - will check tomorrow

Man, I’ve heard that same thing 1000 times. I’m still telling myself it’s the truth. He’s not unfreinding me on purpose. It’s got to be a technical issue.
