On the climbs over 10% when I get out of the saddle I get a creak in my bottom bracket. I bought this threaded pressfit that is supposed to eliminate it. Plus special tool and a tool to remove the pressfit. About $200 bucks into it and I found out I need special grease for carbon fiber.
Has anyone else used grease on their carbon?

Checked Strava, Keith and Per were nearly 20seconds up the road, damn those crappy ghosts. 👻 👻 ..... not that I could've beat them though.

Yep. I see them. I don't always notice them depending on how in the zone I am or how knackered I am.

I came in fresh today but that was still tough, sorry @AAAC 76C I was trying to wheel suck as much as possible, I knew you'd smash me in a sprint so trying to wear you down. I thought you'd had a mech when your power dropped to 0w/kg and just pushed for @perswe so message received I beat his ghost but I doubt I beat the real time, the ghosts are sh1t like that. He was charging at me like crazy the last few hundred metres whilst battling with an invisible @keithaitch.

I always look at the winners average speed in the results table then you know what you need to beat.
My missing the, start today has cost me dearly on the leader board.
It's now quite tight at the top.

My Simulator on PC with Win10 does not work proberly any longer (65000 Watt power and 120km/h speed - see pic)
Does anyone of you have a solution for that ?
It's really frustrating - last Sunday I sent a request. after 7 days I still didn't receive any answer from Bkool 😠

No, but I have heard of similar problems.

BKOOL support has always been less than stellar, and I suppose in these COVID times, it is even worse.

BKOOL stopped making/selling trainers more than a year ago, and I suppose many of those involved with the hardware (support, firmware etc.) has left the company.

I would make a post on their Facebook page (BKOOL | Facebook ) and/or through Messenger on said page. They seem to respond to those quickly, unfortunately most of them just with a link to their normal support page. But nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Does it work correctly in Zwift? Have you tried to delete the SIM and reload?
Does it act up on both Bluetooth and ANT+?

7degrees c. The 1 pb I did get was on norwood climb and I felt it was my worst effort, didn't have the legs.

We had sunshine yesterday for the first time in 3 weeks, that”s why! Today we are back to grey... The temperatures should drop midweek, and the sun back for a couple of days. So I hope to get out again, Christmas festives permitting.

Uninstall the soft from pc/ tablet/ phone.
Start again

There are other programs with a free trial that you can use to compare like big ring VR or Zwift. That would tell you if its the trainer or the Simulator software. SIM. I've had to go in and delete the Bkool software then re download from the website to upgrade.
I did run the older version of the trainer -Pro using 3.25 firmware on Windows 10 with no problems. It is still being used by a friend that I lent it to after I upgraded to a Neo 2t.
