My time hasn’t been approved for that stage 3 run Bill. Is it deliberate sabotage or a lack of patience on my part?

If your ride is lost I can sort it out if you do a one minute ride on stage 3. Hopefully it's just slow to appear in the results.

When you say “gets to me”, are you getting emotional or just absolutely smashed in?

A combination of the two. It feels like it goes on forever and there seems little to distract the mind, although @Duckman helped out today by chasing me the whole way.
I felt absolutely destroyed after each attempt.

Cask strength = Cask speed, still down on my average and ended up a duck sandwich between Bill S real time and slower Bill S ghost for a long way. You folks are a lot speedier than me but I will try new laces and see if that helps.

That's what I was saying to myself most of that ride. I got me a duck sandwich. 🙂

You can use the map feature looking under sessions. Looks like about 50 rides.
Is your brother Fred, in the league?

He flew past @Brusgaard at a steady 800 Watts.

He was only of 76% of his max effort, so just cruising along at 6.9wkg average.
But at least I was cruising along at an even worse average compared to my pre-Direto/NEO trainer (and probably fairy dusted) max effort.
