Every time i update the bkool sim I have to turn off real time scanning from the anti virus software (McAfee).

Yes, and has always worked, well at least since BSIM V2 was released many years ago... It was the version I started with back in October 2014.

As you might have noticed, there is no league ride this week, neither Thursday nor Saturday, unless we make a 2nd and/or 3rd rerun of stage 1?
Stage 3 will be available Sunday. Stage 2 is available on May 2nd and you have to do it that day too!

Not sure what went wrong but I am more of a "Hud it! and Dud it!" kind of a guy. I like pieces of metal and wood. In the mean time I'll try to edit out the problems but if I remember rightly that might not be possible.

There is 5 admins of the CG group, which is max.
As the others are not available or haven't given up their Admin rights, you are presently the only one able/willing to do so.
You can't change a league after it has been published, AFAIK.

That's an option but not sure how easy it would be. If we did something else on Thursday we could do Stage 3 on Sat, re-run it on the next Thursday, Stage 4 on the following Sat, with it re-run on Thurs 22nd. Stage 5 on Sat 24 with its re-run on the 29th. 4 stages in April. Would this be easier? (Assumes the stages go live on the day they are supposed to start).

Stage 3 and 4 opens SOMETIME Sunday, so not possible to do either Saturday (not as a league ride anyway). I’m not 100% sure if they open at 0:00 AM or some other fixed time. Usually when you do a league ride on the very last day, there is no guarantee that it counts!
Is there anything special about the league we have?
Just to get a taste of Bkool's capabilities/frustrations I set-up a group and a league with a couple of rides. Not sure how many admins it can have but Per joined and it looks like I can make him an admin so at least 2 admins are possible - that's got to be better right?
Not saying this should be the new league or I'm running it, others are more experienced, just playing around really.

AFAIK 5 admins is the max, and the current group has 5 assigned. One admin can't delete another, so you have to "resign" as admin to make room for others if at maximum... 3 of them are no longer on/with BKOOL and thus can't resign. Keith is still admin and hasn't resigned, which leaves Bill as the only current BKOOLer able to maintain the associated league...
