Thanks - skipping last night's mountain stage on Zwift left a bit more in the tank than usual. And the climbing sections today were sub 8% (I think) which is where I feel the NEO...

I won't make it tonight. Came off on Sunday and strained ankle ligaments so it's going to be a few more days before I'm back on the trainer even. Might do a very easy, unclipped re-run on Saturday.
