I wish Bkool would make it more obvious as to which session is the actual race session!

I think they forgot. I couldn't find any sessions with the usual name either (isn't it "lukebkoolgold" or something like that). I found one where Pinilla participated along with 19 others. His ride was totally wacko. Watts and speed all over and jumping several km back and forth. I saw him cross the finish line and just continuing into nowhere, through fields with haystacks

Bill and myself were on 3.2 and bkool agreed to switch them out for ones that would actually update. It appears a batch of trainers were shipped to the UK which didn't have the capability to upgrade firmware. Bkool are aware of this issue but don't like to admit to it.

They should be on 3.6. Doesn't make a difference at the minute but it'll reach the point where the software won't work right with old firmware and problems will begin!

I did worry I had one of the faulty ones as I got this last month through Wiggle and other people's faulty ones also seem to be from Wiggle.

What do I need to do to get it replaced? Contact Wiggle or BKool.

I sent a note to the e-mail address at BKool advised in an earlier post, s let's hope they come back to me soon.

Evening , well i ordered a BKOOL PRO from Leasure Lakes as it was the cheapest i could find on the net at £429 it was delivered three days late and damaged the housing was all cracked and the box was open , to top it all it was a BKOOL Sport not a model i had heard of but had a cadence sensor but not in the box ;-( i have now returned it and im told have a pro being delivered in the next 24 hours i just want to try it out so i can see if its as good as the reviews ..

Tomorrow at 7 pm UK time/ 10 am alaska time I'll start a "Miss and Out" session. It has a full 10 minute warm up and is a flying start. So only Bill, Monte and Rick should stop pedaling. The rest of us should keep pedaling.

It has a few laps then a sprint lap and the last rider in the sprint lap is out. Then a 2 minute rest then another round. It will last until the last rider is left. So for me it may just be three laps but for the fast dudes it could be ?

Has anyone had a ride disappear, I did a 16 mile today and it hasn't showed up at all. Looks like i didn't actually do a ride at all. I was wondering if its something to do with the new software. Strange thing is, another rider also did the same ride and his is showing up on the bkool software. Strange!

I've had to resend a ride before that failed to upload. You go into "about Bkool" under settings and it says something like resend. I haven't had any problems for quite a while.
