Noisy Pro ! Think I've read something about removing the fan cover to reduce the noise on the unit when "going fast" .Anybody done it? Looks like it might pop off with a little persuasion but don't want to break it.Uphill and below 20mph it's lovely and quite but gets a bit annoying on the flat and downhills!

Just unscrew the cover and then contact whoever you got it from, i got mine from Wiggle and they sent me a replacement 'version 2' cover no questions asked.

Right the weathers going crap so its back into the virtual lands of BKool for a couple times a week at least, what's good to have a crack at tonight? and more importantly do we have a new 'goats league' on the horizon? happy to help out with some suggestions... :hyper:

Finally the Bkool summer league comes to an end.

2 Chaingang members in the top 5 - @BILL S and @LBHIFI of course!.

Well done @Randyberlin for breaking into the top 20, finishing 19th.

Well done on your times Rick... I struggled to complete the rides alongside other commitments oh and the odd sunny day. I need to get back into the virtual world, I'm currently experiencing some knee issues from a mountain bike event I did a couple of weekends ago and I'm struggling.

Very well done to all of you!

Rick, is that Corby I see behind you?:becool:
^_^ yep, thought I'd fluffed it as I dropped a minute to him on one of the late stages and had about a minute to gain on him in the last two remaining stages - which I had to do in one evening. Was convinced I had no chance but gained almost 3 minutes - perfect routes for me slight hills and up and down constantly. :hyper::thanks::wahhey:

Sorry to hear that Monte. What happened the knees? Too much of a hammering on the rough terrain?

This may or may not work depending on the problem. My first bkool pro had the cover problem which Wiggle replaced, but my second unit had a vibration coming from the unit itself which did not change at all when the cover was removed. Best thing to do is remove the cover and see.

Me too ! I use the slider for what sort of mileage I want to do seems the best way . If I find a interesting ride I'll save it to my favourites that way it's easily found again. If like me you want to export your rides its worth knowing you can only export mile based rides not time based ones .

Looks like it's time to seriously look at starting up the Mountain Goats a Chain Gang again.

Who's in? I'm happy to set up a goat league if we can have some suggestions on which climbs you'd like to start off with. And we can start off some kind of temporary chain gang where we just pick a ride and as many of us as possible can join in and race. Then we can later hopefully turn it into a league when we see how it pans out.
