You’re 1 minute faster than me so far and I haven’t put in a time for today yet. Like you said before I’ll just have to go back and improve my previous routes.

My ride today was easy enough so no any kind of heart rate issues. Better keep that way next 2-month like cardiologist ordered.

Not constantly but I have Garmin Fenix 7s where is that feature, occasionally I use that when I'm sleeping. I have a connect Garmin app where I can see the history.

edit. just testing that app you are using. HRV was 35 when I was sitting.

Probably going to struggle to make tonight's ride so don't wait for me. If I can't I should make the Saturday re-run.

Mrs Animo was considering signing up for the Bkool Spin Studio app but then I've seen the news about the Rouvy takeover. I'm a longstanding Rouvy user as it happens.

Anyone know if the Spin Studio thing will continue under Rouvy?
