Sorry not much sympathy from me. I worked one summer a long time ago driving forklift. We called them jitneys. I loved it. Probably the most fun job I ever had. You get to have fun every day.

Forklift what I drive is a Linde, it is equipped with bale clamps. I'm handling cellulose bales with that.

I did Vietnam route today, my goal was ride sub 50min and I barely did it. I just have to ride easier and prevent full effort.

Today I push it bit harder especially last 5-6minutes but somewhere zone 2-zone 3 I try to normally keep my heart rate. Very often it stays level3.
Todays avg. was 136,9.
