I had that won - was leaving about 1200 Watts spare and was about to pounce but then the battery on my lights ran out and I couldnt see the road - took a wrong turn.

Here's a preview for next weeks - now I havent rode this one myself but there's a maximum gradient of less than 4% so no mountain boots required!

Maybe it's all the beers i drank during my vacation, but I couldn't maintain the same watts with my new unit, as I could before.

Bill, great job to catch me late in the race. I thought you were going to sneak up behind me on the last ascent, and make a sprint past me to the finish line.

Yeah sorry about that. I picked what I thought was a flat ride and I used the "easy" filter to find it on bkool. I should have checked it first.
Quite a line up though:smile: Much better than I was expecting numbers wise. I guess I'll be racing those same ghosts on Saturday.

Special mention to Rob for slugging it out and sticking with it till the end. Very impressive.

Well done everyone. It'll soon be really worth fighting it out when the league starts next week.

I thought you were just playing with me LB. The speed you shot past after I overtook you made me think I'd have no chance in a head to head. If we'd been level at a minute to go I'd have tried but being 5 seconds or so behind at that point I thought better of it. You're right though. The new units or firmware seem tougher to maintain the watts. We should have kept our old units

Can some kind person please accept my ride tonight? I changed my weight recently and the ride needs validating now! It's the Subida one. Cheers.
