I wouldn't worry about your fitness levels, I'm not that fit and still have a ball on the rideshey guys, got a Bkool this week and looking to join the various groups here.
My fitness levels are a bit dire at present, but I assume this is ok!? in relation to this does anyone have any other groups they would recommend a beginner to join? Also fave rides/routes they can recommend?

Not helped by a morning out in the wind and rain building a CX course 
The bike is fine, just a couple of scratches on the brake levels, but a little bit of black nail polish and they'll be as good as new.That's too bad. I hope your bike is OK.
So you are mortal after allIt looks like I'll be seeing some new faces behind the front guys. Since the change to a new unit, I have noticed a drop in avg. watt. I max out at about 30 watt less on steep sections, but it gets worse the closer I get to flat. At 1-2 % I would say that I've lost about 100 watt.

I was going to join the race but had an off this morning, a few cuts and bruises and some stiffness in the left arm and leg. Think I'll take it easy for a couple of days.
