cheers. 1 more noob question....what's Bsim?

Westmatix. Go to the "Live" tab where you can see all the rides that anyone on bkool has started.

Rick will start the warmup at 7pm, so from 7pm Ricks ride will be ready to see in "Live" or search for using the advanced search arrow >. If you can't see it in Live then use the search arrow and type in Rick. It should then appear. If it needs a password to join it will probably be "chain".

Get ready for a fast start but don't have your rear wheel moving when the countdown reaches 0 or you'll be stuck on the line until it stops.

Take a look at Rosedale. I have an incomplete and completed ride. Can you adjust the incomplete ride so it has a longer duration than the completed ride. I want the completed ride to have priority in the league.:surrender:
No, once the league is started, it seems like the only thing that could be changed, are sessions which are not yet approved.
So try to make a short dummy "Rosedale" league attempt. Then maybe I can modify the time, and maybe it will overwrite existing attempt, when I approve it.

Hi LB , as you are Admin from the top 100 , i have a time on rosedale chimany that needs to be edited ( i did not complete it ) . If it is not possible to edit it might be a idea for everyone to do a dummy run And give everyone the Same time on rosedale . Because it gives me over 1 hour advantage in the top 100 . And i am sure u Or Bill deserve to be at the top of the leauge ...

And there was me thinking I had lead it for far too long for the little time I'd spent and that it must be you or LB that should be in front.

I find the trouble with this league is that there's so many stages I've completely lost track of which ones I've done and which I haven't. Again it's a bkool leagues problem which should be so easy to make them bullet proof with a simple tick box for all stage rides that have been finished to get a time in the standings. Then there'd be no admin to do apart from initial league setup.

I passionately hate my vortex, but also think it's the best ££ Ive ever spent on a trainer
How do you find it for noise?..I only ask as I've ordered one...this is a big issue for me I like to train early as in the crack of dawn...don't really care about the neighbours (ar******s) but can't be bothered fighting with them tbh

Looking at the stats of my mates Tacx Vortex trainer - I reckon I will be investing in another soon - trainer EPO, lol
Yeah I downloaded the software again and whilst it was a bit better still way off...went on zwift...now ive been off the bike but no way we're those stats right the resistance just isn't there like it shold be. 50-11 was practically impossible on the kickr for me...was doing 95rpm in 50-11 struggling to hit 20mph and only 250w...rant over!....anyway the good news is it looks like I've found a home for it...a fellow cyclist wants it so he can have it....free too

Quieter than my tacx flow on the same tyre/surfaces. My shed is raised so I' sure that accounts for some noise. Gets loud beyond 25mph so I try avoid descents

As Bill says, you have to make sure that your rear wheel has stopped and possibly for a few seconds at least. I no longer pedal once the timer hits 30 secs to go. Also, get your tyre pumped to between 10 and 140 psi and be ready to sprint from the off. Otherwise it might be a bit disheartening to see the speed at which some on here pull away!
