I now take this back I must have been looking at an old start sheet you actually start 30 seconds behind me. On that basis definitely do not pedal like the clappers as it will only scare me. Instead this role of towing Soarerv8's ample carcass to the next fastest man has been handed to @JLaw.

Doesn't the course tonight only need the big ring?

I messed up my 'fix and make do' maintenance on the bottom bracket, it's gone from loose and rough running, to loose, rough running and clicking away like a clickly thing, very loud and annoying. The new one is on it's way from Germany. I did a steady ride on it last night and it was driving me mad. It'll probably fail on me completely in 'race' conditions. I could always put the good bike on the turbo.

lol. Love the icons. Mine is spot on as I just feel tired the past few days!

Apologies for not getting more stages done Bill. Hasnt been a good month on Bkool for me. Really wanted to try and fit more in but just didnt happen.
