Not yet guilty, but it is tempting! It takes me until the 40min mark to get it out of my head actually, Its a 10 min fight with myself, really weird.. hahaIt's getting people to finish it without their connection dropping after a half hour that's the problem.

Average time for motivation to go belly up when the new badge status readout is positive seems to be between 10 and 20 seconds. The cautious nature of the typical mountain goat means that he's willing to give that extra 10 seconds of pain for the bkool timing system to recognise the full unit measurement for the much sought after badge upgrade.

OK, thinking about getting ready for 7pm Chain Gang, I'll aim to start at 7:00 and will end the warm-up with just under 2 minutes to go, as normal (so make sure you stop pedalling by 2 minutes to go).
Used advanced filter and look for "Chain" or "Gang" then when you join the session make sure you see "Geoff" in the list of riders ...

I'll be there tonight but actually feeling apprehensive about it.
New trainer so more resistance - probably at levels I've not experienced to date. Different bike with new (budget) wheels and tougher gearing that still isn't 100% adjusted. Getting the feeling I might need another run at this one on Saturday!

Darn it....kid duties again! I have to go and get my kids from my mums, which is a good 2 hour round trip. Sooooo, I miss the Thursday night Chaingang session again. Starting to get withdrawal symptoms.
