How do you delete a training plan to create a new one?

The individual sessions of the plan have to be created (at the Bkool end - not by you) before the plan can be deleted. This can take some time.
Once the plan exists, the details of the sessions will show in the calendar. Then you can delete it by:
  1. Go to "My Activity"
  2. Click on ‘Plans’
  3. At the bottom of the page, click on ‘Abandon this plan'

Is it just me or do the Mountain Goat rides seem much harder than they used to be? ;)
In my case it is an inverse law. They don't get harder I just get slower.
Edit: I take that back. They get harder and slower.

Last one hurt me more than usual too!

Was thinking of doing another one tonight but was also planning on doing a 70 miler with 6,400ft climbing on Wednesday - would I recover quick enough for that or should I rest up?? All advice greatly appreciated - I expect the 70 miles to be a genuine struggle even if fully fresh.

Lambarda is tough but more of a steady grind at the end. It took me an hour and a half. But the way you've been climbing it won't take you anywhere near that. I rode it yesterday morning and could ride a big one tomorrow. 70 miles and over a mile of climbing sounds like a great challenge.

Yup I agree with this. My power also tailed off a lot at the end but fortunately the last mile or two is a bit flatter. I reckon as its only an hour and a half of pain, a 70 miler should be easy enough with over a days rest in between.

Thanks for the advice guys. Decided to go for it and felt much better than the previous mountain stage. Sagged a wee bit about two thirds of the way through but managed to pick it up again for the final couple of miles. Here's hoping I survive Wednesday now!

If as many as possible could help out with this:

Is everyone else's bkool seriously underestimating how long there is to go in a session?

Today it estimated for about the first third of the course that I would finish in about 40 minutes and it continued to predict times waaay under what I actually achieved. I emailed bkool and this is the answer I got:
---:tired:-----------------------------
Hi Richard,

Thanks for your message. Time remaining estimation is calculated from your average power within the last 30 seconds, distance to the other riders or finish line and the session's gradients. It is normally accurate, but there could be some differences sometimes, as you can easily imagine.
----------------------------

This has happened every ride for the past number of weeks so could I ask everyone who has the same problem to bombard bkool with the same complaint til they take notice.

Email address is: info@bkool.com

Did my second FTP test last night and managed to achieve Active 1. Thanks to Geoff's (@gbrown) informative post back on page 134 (yes i really have read through the entire thread) I've finally got my head around the power outputs required to achieve each level and the 95% correction based on W/kg.

Looking forward to pushing myself and progressing through the "Active" levels, although the notion of realising "Prof 1" does look a little distant :s
