A sub 30 minute ride will not be used to set your rating. You either need to do a full FTP test from the Fitness tab in your profile or do over 30 minutes in the main section of a session.
You also need to check your registered weight in your profile. From what I can work out (and maths is not a strong point for me) it looks like you are heavier than I am according to that rating.

I'm 87 kg at the moment, I'm more a crit racer than a hill monkey. it's ok, i know it's the 30 min thing, it's just bloody stupid. I know my real MMP and FTP it's just comical you have to go over 30 mins to 'level up'
