You two must be racing snakes! Look how much power I have to put out to keep up! And I'm still not Pro!!! LOL:eek:
with that output u should be pro . I know I needed a output of 317 average for over 30 min to get profi 6 . It does tell u under fitness level what average u need to get to the next level ..

It is do do with weight to . I have just noticed when I enter my weight at 63 kg I would need a avg output of 318 w but when I put my weight up to 64 kg I would need a avg of 323 w to get to the next level ..

Nothing wrong with a triple, it's what I have on the cx bike I use on the turbo (52-42-30 x 11-26), 52x11 is great for the 'drome and 30x26 good when I need to have a rest on the steep stuff. Outdoors bike is 50-34 x 12-25 (or 12-27 for hilly rides).

Guy. I predict that yourself and IrishAl will be fighting it out at the front when the chain gang league starts. And us lardy guys will be just a little bit closer to the racing snakes

And I'll be tail end charlie

All that matters is that we all get a race. And I doubt you'll be at the back Ash.

I didn't realise bkool could actually connect to your trainer. That's good to know. I contacted them regarding my trainer not being able to update and they replied that my trainer was on the most up to date software already. I was wondering how they knew. Hmmmmmm

The latest software for your trainer?
;)

That's what they always used to tell me.

I went up to Active 10. I need nearly 330 to move up now. There's clearly a lot of difference between 62 and 75 kg! TBH I'm quite happy to be improving all the time and keeping up. I don't want to lose too much more weight, I've lost a good 10kg since taking cycling up three years ago.
My son is 17, 6'8" about as heavy as a gnat and can put out 400w for an hour. He gets off his bike and is not even sweating...

Oi! Keep me out of this talk of favourites. I chased Ryan like hell last night but could never get within 20 seconds. And Guy and Gareth were miles up the road. But it was nice of Kipster to get a photo of me inthe lead about half a mile in. Lol!
