Sorry, I had to update before I could see the session and missed it by 2 minutes. I watched and know I would have won.
^_^:notworthy:
Well done Rick! You were on fire in there :cycle:

I just couldn't maintain enough power and will have to blame my goat ride earlier, short though it was:angel:.
:wahhey: My first ever win!!

I pumped my tyre up to 120psi - it had drifted down to about 80 again. Makes some difference! ^_^

Was having to hold over 600 watts for the best part of some of those laps!! Guess thats one event were having some bulk helps!! :training:

Quick question. Seen some mentioning Zwift. I thought Bkool was incompatible. Can you ride with the Bkool trainer on Zwift software?

Can one of the wonderful, amazing, good looking, charming (ok, that should be enough buttering up..!) admins please accept my Col Du Glandon ride.

1 hour, 53 mins of pain. I knew Kev's time was 1.52 and all the way through I was on target to get 1.50 ish so I had a chance of beating him - until the last hill. I blew up on that last 2 1/2 KM hill, just had nothing left to give. That was one long ride!

I hit the wall considerably earlier (too much eating out the last couple weeks & no time to work out). I was targetting Kev's time as well, but there was no hope once I hit the wall. 2:08 or some such when I finally sputtered to the finish.

unfortunately as it's a league race I feel compelled to finish, I guess you're the same, however much pain is going on. At least now we've done it we don't have to try it again
